Processing Time:

All items at Quiet Timber Studio are made to order. 

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days before shipping. 

Processing times may vary slightly depending on the product and time of year.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

       United States: 3-7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). 

Made-to-Order Products 

Because my products are printed and produced on demand through my production partners, I am unable to offer expedited production at this time.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders) (Not Applicable) 

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Quiet Timber Studio is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
