Quiet Timber Studio – Returns & Refunds

Thank you for supporting Quiet Timber Studio! I pour care into every piece I create, whether it’s handcrafted or made-to-order. Here’s how I handle returns and refunds:

Handmade Items:

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

Print-on-Demand Items:

POD items are made-to-order, so I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or printing error.

If your POD item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days with photos, and I’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

I cannot issue refunds for mistakes made when submitting custom details at checkout (e.g., wrong size or spelling).

Refunds:

Once your return or replacement is approved, your refund will go to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the mistake was mine.
